Third-PartyRisk Management (TPRM) Advisory 

Location: Hybrid- London City & WFH

JobType: Contract - Day rate inside IR35 under an umbrella company

Duration: Initial 3-6 monthcontract with likely extension

We specialise in helpingorganisations identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated withexternal business relationships. We offer comprehensive TPRM consultingservices, and as we continue to expand our horizons, w eare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Third Party Risk Management SeniorConsultant and/or Manager to join our Extended Enterprise team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for advising our clients on developing,implementing and operating comprehensive third-party risk management programs,ensuring that all third-party vendors and partners meet their securitystandards and compliance


Key Responsibilities will be:
  • Work as part of a small team (typically 2-5 people) toembed yourselves for a fixed period of time alongside a team of clientstakeholders and work collaboratively to deliver positive, high valueprogrammes of change / improvement for our clients;
  • Provide a high degree of stakeholder management andchange management activity as well as strong governance and project management.
  • Use the key phases of an advisory engagement whichinclude benchmarking existing capability, designing, and developing an enhancedcapability, building or implementing that enhanced capability and supportingthe client to adopt and embed the new way of working.
  • Work on a variety of projects which will range intimelines from 6-8 weeks for the smaller programmes through to 6-12months forthe larger programmes.
  • Support our clients with implementation and operationof their TPRM programmes. Our ‘operate’ capability includes a range ofinnovative solutions that we offer to our clients to help them deliver theirTPRM programmes, including supply chain risk intelligence, integrity duediligence, outsourced risk assessment managed services and third party riskmonitoring programmes.
  • Be able to think and flexibly and independently,with a high focus on problem solving for our clients to help manage their mostcomplex supply chain risk challenges


A successful individual will demonstrate the followingbehaviours, capabilities and experience:
  • Experienceworking in the area of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) specifically is a keyrequirement for this role.
  • A trackrecord of delivering TPRM related client engagements in a consulting role, orworking within teams or functions in an ‘in-house’ role is preferred.
  • Experience ofthe process and methodologies of performing due diligence on third parties,including integrity due diligence, and linking this to the end to end TPRMprocess.
  • Experiencedelivering TPRM projects within at least one of the   pharmaceutical, financial services,technology, media, telecommunications, consumer, or energy and resourcessectors.
  • If the experience is aligned to financial services, deep subjectmatter expertise of the UK and EU outsourcing and TPRM regulations.
  • Detailedunderstanding of TPRM and due diligence technologies and how they can be usedto bring efficiency and operational effectiveness to clients’ TPRM programmes.
  • Highlyorganised individual with strong attention to detail and able to manage theirown workload and to delegate effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation and English writing skills,including strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Critical analytical and problem solving skills are a must and theability to make decisions logically and confidently.
  • Theindividual will be a proactive self-starter with the ability to plan andcontrol while managing changing environment and priorities.
  • Strongability to build professional relationships and rapport with the EERM team andits clients, as well as to support delivery and further enhancement of the TPRMSolutions capability.
  • Strongcommunication skills, written and verbal, both internally and externally withclients and third parties, and be able to communicate clearly and effectivelyto all levels.
