TikTok & Customer Service Advisor

Bootle

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-5pm (office based)

Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm (remote)

£24k -£25k

Ideal Recruit are looking for a TikTok & Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving e-commerce client within the beauty sector based in Bootle, Liverpool. The successful candidate will deal with all queries via TikTok and TikTok socials as well as the day-to-day tasks that TikTok involves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling TikTok Socials within the am and pm to ensure it is fully up to date.
• Managing TikTok cancellations.
• Managing TikTok returns both on the platform and in the physical returns received.
• Monitoring and answering TikTok chats continuously throughout the day to ensure all is up to date Managing TikTok review.
• Handling all orders throughout the day as well as being responsible for uploading tracking information.
• Handling the arranged handover orders.
• You will be required to help the customer service team on both emails and other social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook at busy periods.
