Timetabling Operations Administrator – Estate
UE05 £25,742 - £29,605
Full time 35 hours per week
Open Ended Contract
The Opportunity:
Working within the Timetabling Unit of Timetabling and Examination Services, this is a challenging and rewarding role that contributes significantly to key University strategic objectives relating to space and timetabling. The post holder will play a key support role to Schools in ensuring effective room management and the articulation of room requirements for core teaching for the delivery of personalised student timetable service and ad hoc room booking.
At certain times of year, assisting within the Timetabling Unit’s Data team to co-ordinate the accurate and timely delivery of core teaching timetable data, and to play a key support role in the delivery of the personalised student timetable service
Your skills and attributes for success:
Reporting to the Timetabling Estate Operations Manager, you will possess strong experience in a customer facing role and excellent problem solving skills. Good experience of operating database systems and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, are also required.
