As a Trade Counter Sales Advisor based at Bassetts in Clady, Northern Ireland , you’ll be joining a team of 9 and be responsible for:  

• Providing excellent customer service on the trade counter

• Following up on all quotations and maximising sales opportunities

• Maintaining stock to high standards and adhering to order procedures

• Responding to customer enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone with a positive and proactive approach.
   

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Sales, customer service or warehouse experience

• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers

• Forklift licence would be ideal, however if not training can be provided
