Trainee Customs Clerk

Full Job Description

Our client, based in Dover are looking to recruit a trainee customs clerk. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to start a career in the logistics sector.

Duties will include (but not limited to) liaising with customers, customs authorities and inputting customs clearances into the system.

Ideally (but not essential) you will have some experience in logistics or shipping and are looking to train in customs. If you are computer literate, have good attention to detail, are an excellent communicator and possess an eagerness to learn then please apply today as we would love to speak with you.

This role is for a shift pattern:

07:00-19:00 day shift

19:00-07:00 night shift 

4 weekly rota 

Week one 

Mon/tue day    

Fri/sat/sun night

Mon/tue night 

Fri/sat/sun day 

Week four

Wed/thu night
