Tech-People have an exciting opportunity-within their permament divison- for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a trainee, you will be joining a growing and successful recruitment business. You will be given full autonomy, with clear guide lines, to develop new and existing clients within the M &E sector. You will be tasked with providing permanent recruitment solutions at all levels. The M & E sector is spending vast amounts of money on permanent recruitment at the moment, so this is a superb opportunity to capitalise.

Ongoing training and development, established database, warm leads and billing accounts will also be provided.

As a successful Recruitment Consultant you will be:

• Generating and following up on leads.
• Running a permanent desk.
• Developing existing accounts.
• Following up on prospect clients with face to face meetings.
• Delivering on requirements.
• Account Managing.

Package

18k - 25k basic (neg on exp) OTE 40k + quarterly incentives.
