Full Job Description

I am looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a local authority in the North of Nottinghamshire. As part of the Property and Development team, the Trainee Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of Quantity Surveying services to a range of capital projects.

Responsibilities for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor:

• Support the delivery of QS services
• Manage and respond to enquiries
• Support the development of work schedules
• Work towards a degree level qualification and chartered membership

Successful applicants for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor role will have

• Willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve
• Ability to take initiative
• Some experience or training in procurement or QS work
