Pure Staff provide full UK coverage all from our central offices in Birmingham and Worcester. The successful candidate will join our Wolverhampton team who service the black country and the North. In 2023 Pure Staff recruited for 648 businesses across the United Kingdom all by using the latest technology (including our own app) to help conduct interviews and to perform right to work checks!

Key Duties:

Take on the exciting role of a 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant, focusing on supplying temporary workers in the driving sector.

Proactively win new business through effective sales calls and meetings. Most sales calls are cold calls and high volume.

Participate in rotational on-call duties to address out-of-hours requirements. On call is shared evenly and fairly and as the team continues to grow will be less frequent. Pure Staff supply key sectors that operate 24/7 therefore must be there for our clients and drivers when needed!

Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with urgency and care.

Source top-tier candidates through various channels, including our personalised Pure Staff app and most well-known branded job boards.

Place qualified, informed, and capable workers into suitable vacancies with our clients.

Person Specification:

Ambitious and eager to embark on a new career path and really throw themselves into the challenges of the role.

Possess excellent customer service skills and a friendly and professional demeanour towards clients and candidates.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong IT skills (Office & Outlook)

Collaborative team player with an ability to get on with colleagues.

Additional Details:

This role requires both teamwork and the ability to work autonomously.

Rotational on-call duties include 1 in 5 weekends and weekday shifts.

Enjoy a 9-day fortnight rota, with every other Friday off!!! We have been running an extended trial now for over 1 year and expect to make it a permanent change to our work pattern.

Full training and clear progression targets will be provided.

Starting salary: 25,282.40 with realistic potential commission of 2,000-3,000 in the first year.

Earn additional commission through our company-wide money league structure.

Standard Working Hours:

Week 1 & Week 2 weekly rotation (average 38.25 hour week):

Week 1: 5 day week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30)

Week 2: 4 day week (Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:30)
