I am seeking a 360 recruitment consultant that is driven and ambitious that is seeking a chance to progress into a managerial role and is up for a big challenge. I am recruiting for my client which is an excellent company for their branch based in Newport. The branch is currently underperforming, my contact at my client is the Regional Manager who is a really nice chap with many years of recruitment experience and he has been tasked with breathing new life into the branch. His strategy is to employ an experienced recruitment consultant that wants to progress into a Branch management position. The ideal candidate will be a full 360 recruiter from either the Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality or driving sectors.

What you will get:

• A starting basic salary of 28k -30k depending on experience

• Plus an excellent commission scheme

• A 4k salary increase upon reaching an agreed target of business

• Entered onto a management training programme

• Promotion to Branch Manager in the future upon completion of the training programme

• When you have been promoted to Branch Manager you will receive a further significant basic salary increase and a car allowance
