By Joining our Entry-Level Financial Trainee Program you will be provided with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, access to excellent learning and development resources, and the chance to build a successful career as a Financial Advisor.

What to Expect?

In your first year, you will embark on a comprehensive journey within our academy, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in financial advisory. You will learn about the client journey, report writing, communication skills, and how to effectively utilise our training platform. Throughout the program, our Development team will provide additional training programs to further enhance your skills. After completing your first year, you will have the opportunity to specialise your development toward becoming a Financial Advisor. We support you in pursuing any additional exams while offering ongoing development to advance your career.
