Our client is an established and highly respected organization within the independent healthcare sector, providing on site and online training in conjunction with a platform that provides managers with a full overview of training and clinical governance activities within their facilities and services.

The Training Specialist will deliver a number of mandatory and developmental courses to clients within the healthcare sector. The role also supports the central sales team by seeking out new opportunities within existing and new clients.

Ideally, candidates should be located in and around Belfast, Co. Armagh, Co. Down or just over the border in the Republic of Ireland (e.g. Dundalk area). Due to business travel, job-holders can expect 2 to 3 overnight stays per month.

Duties and responsibilities

• conduct and deliver certified onsite training
• good knowledge of the range of the range of services our client has available to customers
• be able to fluently use, demonstrate and present our client's services
• sales and marketing team with demonstrations and attend conferences when required
• personal training certification up to date
• on daily activity by completing all administration records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
• new business and generate sales leads by promoting our client's support systems and onsite training to prospective new clients
• in sales performance reviews
• promote our client's brand by ensuring company car and equipment is well presented at all times
• contribute and participate in team meetings
