**Job Title: Transport Coordinator**

**Location:** Larkhall, UK

**Working Hours:** 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (with potential for overtime) Monday to Friday.

Including every 3rd Saturday morning 7.00-12.00 (these hours are often less)

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Plant Fleet Manager. This role involves managing and coordinating our plant fleet operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment hires and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and coordinate plant equipment hires with customers via phone and email.
- Utilize our management system to track and manage equipment availability, bookings, and returns.
- Manage the call-out phone shared among team members to address any urgent customer inquiries or equipment.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of maintenance and repairs for the plant fleet.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license, as our depot is located in Larkhall, and the ability to drive / have a car is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- No prior experience in plant fleet management required; we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
