Travel Consultant
This small independent
travel company are currently recruiting for an experienced Travel
Consultant, for their retail travel agency in Benfleet. They are
looking for a Travel Consultant with a minimum of 1 year experience to
join them in providing excellent customer service to sell a wide range
of worldwide holidays. Part time also considered for experienced
candidates.
Travel Consultant - Role &
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquires promptly whether by phone, email or face-2-face
- Create inspiring travel itineraries to worldwide destinations
- Contribute to company sales targets by achieving and exceeding personal KPI's
- Provide exceptional service to match the customers requirements
Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:
- Sound knowledge and experience of the retail travel industry - minimum of 1 year experience
- Previous experience of working in travel sales
- A genuine interest in travel with good destination knowledge
Travel Consultant - Additional Information:
- Salary of 22,425
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30 with Saturdays on a rota
- Part time considered for experienced Travel Consultants
- Office based in Benfleet
- Fam trips provided
