UK Country Manager - Payments - London (Hybrid)

A recently Private Equity acquired payments technology business are looking for a new UK Country Manager to run their UK business as they look to continue their European expansion. The company allows businesses that accept payments via their terminals to use the money instantly. They have had a great few years of growth, growing circa 30% headcount over the last 12 months, with offices all across Europe.

The UK Country Manager will come in to set and execute the UK growth plan, which is inline with the wider group strategy to maximise potential. They will have P&L and UK budget accountability for FTEs, local events, partnership commissions and marketing activities, while also having responsibility for working closely with the company customers to understand their business needs and objectives. As the business continues to grow the UK Country Manager will have the scope to build and lead a team underneath them.

They are looking for an individual who has deep experience within the payments domain, who has end to end sales experience from lead generation to onboarding. This individual will also have strong experience formulating partnership models across the payments domain, while also ideally having worked in a high growth or PE environment before.

The role is permanent and hybrid, based in London.
