Company

I am working in partnership with a premium supplier of safety solutions who is looking to recruit a UK Country Manager to head up their Footwear sales and represent one of Europe’s most famed safety footwear brands.

With production in Europe they are recognised for their innovative technologies and have collections aligned to various vertical sectors from construction through to industrial environments.

To further enhance their market leading position they seek a Senior sales individual who can operate as a safety footwear educational authority to support distributors and large multi-site end-users across the UK.

The Role

  • This is a hands-on role gaining deep knowledge and understanding of the company’s existing channel activities within the PPE, Safety, and Industrial channel.
  • Reporting into the UK Sales Director you will be the focal point of the UK Footwear Strategy and Safety Educational positioning within target end-user verticals.
  • You shall have a range of accounts to support from National distributors through to National buying groups and with their agreement motivate, train, and actively support the distribution sales force.
  • You will seek to educate and recommend best health and safety practices and product solutions to key decision makers and stakeholders at Large end-user organisations across several vertical market segments.

The Person

  • You should be able to demonstrate a stable career that is still on an upward trajectory and have a minimum three-years field sales experience.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience selling through distribution, but we can also consider individuals who have sold to large end-users.
  • You will be a very persuasive individual who has excellent people skills and possesses a consultative / purposeful selling style.
  • In short, we are looking for individuals who have a passion to become a safety footwear expert and problem solver.
