Job Description:

Cool Motion is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the UK Sales and Franchise Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our franchise network across the UK market.

Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Strategies:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for van rentals and franchise opportunities.

Identify and target potential customers for van rentals, focusing on industries requiring refrigerated transport solutions.


Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and leasing companies.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by senior management.

Marketing and Promotion:

Promote Cool Motion's brand and offerings through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Organize events and meetings to educate potential franchisees and clients about Cool Motion's services.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, franchise development, and market trends.

Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Franchise Development:

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, negotiating agreements and terms.

Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified franchisees.

Provide support and guidance to franchisees to ensure successful operations.

Sales Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.

Compensation and Perks:

Starting salary: From £45000 per annum
