VP Market Planning, LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Remote)

• Directing the development of and participating in reviewing and approving the short- and long-range operating objectives and plans. Developing and integrating the individual market area plans and strategies into an overall market area plan to achieve revenue growth.
• Driving commercial achievement and accountable for revenue objectives for the Platforms business area. Review and evaluate performance on a continuing basis and establish the proper measures of performance. Provide direction for modification in work plans or implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions. Develop and recommend commercial approach and sales channel strategy utilizing market research and performance data
• Staying at the forefront of relevant industry and global regulations (e.g., financial crime, data privacy). Ensure our solutions are ahead of the curve and consistently compliant. Provide thought leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on emerging trends and issues.
• Leading the product strategy & innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance cutting-edge Platform products and services. Define our data, analytic and software capability priorities to maximize our market position and growth potential. Identify and maintain roadmap for 1st and 3rd party platform integrations to maximize market fit and growth. Drive the integration of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Driving Client Engagement: Support relationships with key accounts. These include, industry & trade associations, representatives of government, public service organizations, customers and vendors.
• Representing LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a subject matter expert at industry conferences, seminars, and events globally, as needed. Contribute thought leadership articles, whitepapers, analyst reviews and presentations to elevate our standing in the financial crime compliance field.
• Building and develop talent across the matrixed organization to achieve business objectives and long-term organization growth.  Further culture of innovation, collaboration and growth by testing the status quo. 

• Demonstrate experience with increasing strategy, product and P&L roles. Proven results leveraging platform capabilities to solve B2B customer needs (e.g., financial crime compliance, fraud. Proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
• Understand fraud and global financial crime regulations. (e.g., sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), fraud and anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) practices).
• Show experience delivering on revenue objectives in a B2B environment, developing and growing new and existing business relationships.
• Experience in development of M&A strategies and strategic leadership of deal processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Display communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate drive for innovation and effectively implement technology solutions.
• Able to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
