Why this role matters | In recent years Vonage has embarked on an ambitious and exciting growth strategy which has led to a significant transformation of the business and most recently, it led to the acquisition by global Telco powerhouse Ericsson. This Director role sits within our COO organisation reporting into the Vonage Group COO and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, flawless execution and continuous improvement across the Vonage Communications Platform (VCP). Vonage’s Sales organization identifies and acquires new customers for the company’s robust, feature-rich residential and business communications solutions. We develop and execute sales strategies to address the needs of customers ranging from single-person companies to those with thousands of employees spread over multiple locations. The Senior Vice President, Sales, establishes strategic direction and ensure an overall integrated approach to sales optimization across the globe.
