The Botree luxury hotel is the hottest new opening in London! We are bringing together the team to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Laundry Assistant.

As a contemporary Laundry Assistant , your commitment goes beyond traditional responsibilities, with a primary focus on supporting our Housekeeping team to provide an outstanding Valet and Laundry/Dry Cleaning experience. Your key role involves ensuring the prompt and meticulous delivery of guest garments, maintaining their immaculate condition, and upholding the highest standards. Additionally, you will oversee the management of the hotel's uniform store, ensuring our team's appearance is consistently flawless.

Our Laundry Assistant  display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Salary: up to £26,000 per annum

What we would like our Laundry Assistant  to bring:

• Previous, relevant experience in a Luxury hotel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  
• Good level of written and spoken English
