Overview


A fantastic opportunity to become our Site Manager in a high-energy, fast-paced environment! We're looking for an energetic leader to oversee valeting operations at one of our Car Auction Sites in Corby. Perfect for those with a flair for managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to excellence in the automotive or vehicle preparation industry.


Your Mission

- Direct high-volume, fast-paced operations at the site.

- Ensure that the business meets or exceeds operational requirements in all respects, with a particular focus on exceptional customer delivery.

- Promote a culture of excellence and productivity in all operations.

- Uphold stringent company standards, mitigating risk and maintaining our reputation.

- Achieve key performance goals in a demanding setting.

- Track volumes and plan accordingly for each day.

- Provide swift and accurate reports to the Area Manager, keeping pace with high-volume demands, and adapt to changing requirements as needed.

- Communicate regularly with Head Office departments such as HR, H&S and Recruitment.

- Drive team development, from onboarding to advanced training, in a dynamic work atmosphere.

- Develop our relationship with the customer and communicate frequently with them to build those relationships.

- Other responsibilities to support the business as required.


Your Profile

- Proven expertise in managing fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.

- A solid background in the Automotive or Vehicle Preparation Industry.

- Exceptional communication skills, thriving in a high-energy setting.

- A proactive, customer-first approach in a lively work atmosphere.

- Valid Driving License is a must.
