Due to the expansion of our industry, we have a very rare opportunity to recruit additional Valeting REGIONAL MANAGER to join us on a Full-Time Employed basis. You will be covering Glasgow and Edinburgh areas.

Salary: £30,500 per year

The Regional Support Manager will report to the Head of Operations, working closely with Area Managers across the region.

The role:

Attending sites to ensure that cover is provided if necessary.
To become a role model whilst on site and to train staff where necessary in the most productive methods of operation to the required standards.
Be flexible in the working hours during peak periods.
Be prepared to transport operators to hot spot accounts.
Ensuring that positive relationships exist on our customer sites and that as a result Motorclean are well regarded by everyone on site.
Having strong IT skills so that you can work with the internal software system to identify, manage and enhance internal systems.
Monitoring staff productivity whilst on site, to report all non-productivity witnessed.
Assist in ensuring that productivity sheets are completed if issued.
Monitoring daily work-loads across all departments and distribute to Motorclean operators.
Having a full awareness of Health and Safety and understand issues surrounding it.
Drafting basic reports, by compiling relevant information and communicating information to Motorclean Management.
Completing all paperwork in a timely manner.
Understand and use the Autosmart ordering process via Autosmart App.
Check all operators are assigned to the MMS system on site.
Checking in and out from all sites.
You will be required to provide cover during the Area Managers holidays
Supporting and assisting Head of Operations and Area Managers with the new site launches
Requirements & Qualifications

The right candidate will ideally have a background in field-based Operational Management and strong experience within the Automotive or Vehicle Preparation Industry. You will permanently demonstrate initiative and have a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
