Valuation Surveyor – Modern Private Practice – up to £70k basic + Bonuses

We’re working with a highly successful, modern independent firm of Chartered Surveyors & Valuers based in NW London.

Specialising in all areas of Red Book Valuations for private clients, they now seek an experienced, VRS accredited Chartered Surveyor as follows:

• Working on private instruction, often from repeat clients, within the M25 generally and inner London specifically (our client has a particularly strong presence in W, NW and N London postcodes)
• Subject to your experience, undertaking Valuation for various purposes including (but not limited to) purchase, taxation, probate, matrimonial and lease extension
• Scope to undertake L2 & L3 Surveyors if you wish/are qualified to do so
• Operating from home predominantly, organising your whereabouts according to workload, visiting the office (in NW London) as required (for team meetings, social gatherings etc.)
• Generally undertaking 1 report per day
• The position is senior designate, so you will work alongside the MD overseeing junior staff, workloads and quality/compliance
• Vibrant, diverse team, extremely modern in outlook and practice (best suited to those looking to move away from stereotypical, traditional private practice)

The successful Surveyor can expect a starting basic salary up to £70k alongside a healthy, achievable (fee income related) bonus scheme, benefits, business expenses and professional fees paid.
