This role is for a Vat Assistant Manager/Manager in the Tax department, requiring strong skills in the Business Services industry. The position is based in London and is permanent, promising long term growth and development.

Description

  • Overseeing and delivering VAT advisory and compliance work.

  • Training and mentoring junior members of the team.

  • Liaising with clients and advising on VAT liability.

  • Ensuring all VAT returns are completed and submitted accurately.

  • Managing relationships with HMRC.

  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT return and VAT refund claims.

  • Conducting research on VAT issues related to various transactions.

  • Participating in business development activities.

Profile

A successful VAT Assistant Manager/ Manager should have:
