Vectorworks Technician/Technical Architect

Hybrid working, it's still a thing! I've just taken on a contract opportunity at a practice in London which is nicely flexible position for those of you that require such work. The position could suit an Architectural Technician or Technical Architect. It's initially a 1-2 month contract with the view for long term extension. Rate is up to £25/hr Ltd/Umbrella. This is an outside IR35 position. 

This is very much an opportunity for you technical beings out there, you'll need to a solid understanding of Stage 4 detailing and will be to be able to demonstrate such work within a portfolio. Good experience with producing quality tender packages is also vital for this one. 

The project is very interesting, it's to work on the refurbishment of an existing building into new hospitality schemes within the UK. You'll need to have a good understand of UK building regulations.

Vectorworks fluency is a must as you'll be expected to use this daily from the start. 

Interviews are taking place within the next week with a start date in mind for early August. There is a high level of flexibility but you will need to head into the office 1-2 days a week ideally.
