Vehicle Damage Estimator/ Bodyshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Estimator/ Bodyshop Manager, to join a modern, clean accident repair centre. This company has an excellent working environment as well as a competitive base salary paying up to £45000 a year depending on experience. 

 Vehicle Damage Estimator/Bodyshop Manager Details:

• Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of body and paint repair in the accident and repair industry
• Estimating experience
• Stand in as a manager when the owner isnt about 
• Keep track of KPI’s 
• Have a good understanding of how a bodyshop in run 
• ATA would be an advantage but not essential
• Good knowledge of estimating systems, such as Audatex and Glassmatix
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Have ability to communicate well under pressure and as part of a team

Vehicle Damage Estimator/Bodyshop Manager Hours & Pay:

• 45 hours a week
• Paying up to £45k 
• Monthly Pay 
• Company Pension
