Veterinary Surgeon - Weekend Only

Full Job Description

 Our busy small animal surgery in New Malden is looking for a personable and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and established team on a weekend basis. This is a part time role working only on the weekend (Saturday 9 - 6pm and Sunday 11 - 4pm).

We are looking for an experienced, client focused and approachable vet who is confident with all routine consults and surgeries. Needs to be comfortable with sole charge also.

About Us:

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of 5 vets, one of which has a certificate in medicine, 3 RVNs, 1 Practice Manager (who is also an additional RVN), 2 Student Nurses, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants and 6 Receptionists. We have a variety of interests within the team including exotic animal medicine. We offer a generous CPD budget and are happy to support individual interests!

We have great equipment including the most up to date in house idexx blood machines, a new ultrasound machine, laser machine and an amazing direct digital X-ray machine which is one of the best in the whole country!

Everything is up for negotiation for the right candidate so please do get in contact with us for a chat if you are interested! There are no OOH and only occasional sole charge responsibility ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
