- Work as directed by the Head of European ECM and Corporate Broking to develop and maintain new and existing client relationships.
- Provide leadership role, as directed, in providing Corporate Broking Services to client base.
- Work with Global equities to coordinate delivery of Broking Services.
- Work with the whole IB team to identify ECM opportunities as Lead or Co Lead or Co Manager.
- Identity and pursue block trading opportunities within client base.
- Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business.
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly. Failure to do so may subject you to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
