What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for the company with key responsibilities:

• Lead product needs discovery and insights
• Provide strategic direction and vision for the entire product function, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating closely with the Founder & Co-CEOs
• Develop and communicate new and existing product vision to deliver on the company’s strategic goals and customers’ needs
• Oversee the entire product life cycle, from conceptualisation, launch and adoption, ensuring success and high-quality deliverables
• Lead and mentor our product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including tech, design, sales, customer success, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement changes that enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Organise and lead product board meetings utilising data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and guide the development of the product roadmap with stakeholders
• Use research and feedback to develop new product strategies and enhance current product features
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences and competitive dynamics

We’re looking for someone who:

• Extensive experience in product leadership with a track record of successful product launches and team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a winning product strategy.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing product teams.
• Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with overall business objectives
• A data-driven leader who can identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement changes that enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and align stakeholders, including senior leadership members, with the product vision
• Actively engage in problem-solving regardless of size
