They seek a visionary Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) to lead their AI initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

As Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), you'll shape and execute the firm's AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement AI vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Technology Leadership: Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to enhance client value and market differentiation.
• Partnership Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with tech providers, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead in AI advancements.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing AI team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with consulting teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver AI-driven insights and solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Represent our firm in industry forums, showcasing thought leadership in AI and emerging tech.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience in AI strategy, development, and implementation in consulting or tech-driven environments.
• Strong leadership skills, proven in building and managing high-performing AI teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Track record of driving business impact through AI initiatives with focus on client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
