Value Creation and Portfolio Operations Professional- Private Equity

We are currently mandated with a private equity fund in London to secure a seasoned professional to help drive value creation across their private equity investments.

Our client is a pan-European private equity fund investing in technology enabled companies across several sectors.

Role:

• Managing the value creation practice and network of external advisors
• Supporting the investment team by assessing deals, working on due diligence processes alongside advisors, and formulating methods to enhance value
• Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to spearhead value creation initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, with a solid foundation in finance and operations.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects independently.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvement and performance.
• A diverse strategic and operational toolkit.
• Strong financial, transactional expertise, coupled with hands-on value creation know-how.
• Experience collaborating with private equity professionals, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives.
