THE ROLE


Joining the dynamic team, our client is seeking a Junior Video Editor to play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand presence and storytelling. Collaborating closely with the Brand Manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your creative flair and technical expertise to the growing enterprise. This role is instrumental in crafting engaging video and animated content that captivates the audience and communicates the brand values effectively.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop compelling video assets and social media content.
  • Create and edit video content for various platforms, including organic social media and digital ad campaigns.
  • Adapt existing video materials to align with the brand identity across all touch points.


PROFILE


  • A naturally creative individual with a portfolio showcasing your skills and passion for storytelling.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in video editing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-versed in current video content trends and digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality content that resonates with audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Enthusiastic learner, eager to explore and implement creative ideas.
  • Ambitious and driven to contribute to the growth and success of a startup venture


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of video capturing, editing, and post-production processes.
  • Knowledgeable about video editing techniques, file management, colour grading, and quality control.


Salary: £28k-£32k DOE. Plus equity in the business which will vest yearly, and give you a chance to be a beneficiary and agent of the success
