They partner with the likes ofASOS, Boots, Beauty Bay, Fenwick, Flannels, Feel Unique, John Lewis,SelfridgesandTHG.

We are looking for an experienced,Visual Merchandising Manager on a 12 month FTC.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of aVisual Merchandising Manager:

• Manage a team of 5 in-store Merchandisers and a Visual Merchandiser Executive
• Organise the team rotas and workload, identifying priority stores to visit
• Take ownership of compliance audit and reporting, to ensure brand consistently is kept throughout
• Set the annual programme & budget in conjunction with Marketing
• Manage relationships with Brand Owners, Store Manager's and Suppliers
• Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director to executive key projects and permanent instalments from start until completion

Key Skills & Experience ofaVisual Merchandising Manager:

• Experience of operating atVisual Merchandising Manager level
• Knowledge and an interest within Premium Fragrance/Beauty
• Strong people management experience
• Creative marketing edge
• Happy to travel on a weekly basis
• Ability to motivate, ambitious and strong attention to detail
