Rotating Any 5 days from 7 days working 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00

Role Overview

support in creating a pipeline of operational improvements to increase service and reduce cost.

Reporting to the Repack Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible the end to end operation of the Chameleon line. Working closely with the Repack Team and Engineering Team

To achieve a high level of performance to hit KPI’s and ensure that a comprehensive and proactive service is provided to both internal and external customers.

This role requires a creative and technical thinker with great vision, someone who has an ability to understand the wider business goals and support in the implementation of change.

How will you contribute?

  • Responsible for the daily start-up & shut down of the Chameleon production machine.
  • Critical running procedure for the end to end Chameleon process which will include.
  • Line bleed outs for date change
  • Replenishments of Card
  • Low fusion reel changes and Replenishments
  • Label changes
  • Pallet wrap replenishments
  • Support with changeovers
  • · Rectify on the job running faults to ensure consistent productivity 
  • Act as an assistant to the technicians on repairs 
  • Act as a Quality Control for the job to ensure the correct build is taking place.
  • Act as an owner for productivity
  • Contractual requirement to comply with all Company Health, Safety and Quality procedures to ensure safe working practices and a safe working environment exists for all.
  • Participate in YOUR PULSE – employee surveys to help us understand what we can do better.
