Walkers Pharmacy/ Foundation Trainee Placement 2023/24

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Foundation Training Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the pharmacy department and ensuring that all pharmaceutical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.

Provide advice and support to patients and health care professionals on the safe and effective use of medications.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Monitor the safety and efficacy of drugs and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders.

Participate in continuous professional development activities to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy.

Maintain accurate records of all medicines dispensed and ensure they are properly stored.

Collaborate with other health care professionals to provide optimal patient care.
