Full Job Description

We are hiring for a dynamic and rapidly growing fulfilment centre in Bentley, Alton that specialises in efficiently handling high volumes of orders for a diverse range of clients.

We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives on a temporary basis for a duration of 3 months, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment:
  • Efficiently fulfil high quantities of customer orders.
  • Pick and pack stock accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the correct items are selected and packed for each order.

• Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough checks of items to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Scan and verify product codes to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with stock.

• Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with fellow warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders to address any concerns or challenges.

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and scanning systems.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• The warehouse operates in a climate-controlled environment.
• Due to location access to own transport is an advantage.
