Warehouse/Despatch Supervisor
Clevedon (BS21)
Permanent, Full-time position - Mon-Thu 8:15 to 5:15; 8:30 to 1pm on Friday
£32,000 per annum
We’re currently looking for a Stores/Despatch Supervisor to join a British Manufacturing Company who supply their products globally! If you are a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and have a background in overseeing despatch and stock replenishment process – we want to hear from you.

What will you do?
- Be responsible for 4 staff members in two locations, potentially other production staff members may flex depending on demand
- Train and mentor your team members, ensuring the staff wellbeing is maintained
- Manage unloading goods delivered and mover them to their designated location
- Manage computerised stock control system and record all movements of the goods
- Take charge of the final inspection procedures and despatch of finished goods
What skills and experience will the Warehouse/Despatch need?
- Previous demonstrable experience in team leading or supervision in a Stores/Warehouse/Despatch environment
- A Team player who can work accurately under tight deadlines whilst paying attention to detail, who takes pride in their work and has a positive attitude
- Ability to work towards KPI’s and deadlines
- Microsoft Excel Skills, IT literate
- FLT Licence
