Job Description
Warehouse Operative
Location:
Feltham TW14
The warehouse job spec as
follows
Drives forklift and off loads deliveries (6-8
deliveries per day)
Very physically demanding role often
handballing 16kg bags of flour and the like
Put goods
received into appropriate areas (warehouse, Chiller, Freezer)
Rotates stock so that older dated products are put in front
of newer stock (stock rotation)
Keeps warehouse clean and
tidy
Organises packaging and keeps tidy
Ensures all incoming delivery dates / batch numbers are
recorded on incoming goods list
Reports any poorly
packaged or damaged items to the purchasing manager
Keeps packing room topped up with packaging boxes
Inputs daily received products and quantity into excel
spreadsheet
Working on own initiative
Involved in stock takes
