Warehouse Operative

Working as part of a flexible team on a three shift rotation, performing a number of varied duties aimed at ensuring Production and the Warehouse operations run smoothly on a daily basis to meet customer requirements on time.

  The Role 

•   Pick and replenish product labels and packaging to meet Production shift requirements
•         Maintain stock levels of Production consumables and in storage areas
•         Proactively collect and prepare completed coffee product pallets for storage and distribution
•         Check and complete relevant product paperwork for correct product details and quantities
•         Ensure pallets are fit for purpose and are available at all times

The Person

•           Previous Warehouse Experience
• Patience to carry out repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail and observational skills
• Good team working with the ability to work on your own
• Ability to follow strict health and safety guidelines
• A willingness to work flexibly: 3 shift pattern: early, late, nights in rotation
• Current Forklift Truck licence (mandatory) and Flexi Truck Licence (desirable)

Salary : Up to £24,700 + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefits
