£13.21 per hour plus great benefits

25 hours minimum + regular over time

Shift: Required 5 nights per week Sunday - Friday (flexibility across 6 days, no Saturday working) Start times between 10:30pm - 05:00am

Join us as a Nights Storeperson based from our Medina Food Service Depot in Newport, Isle of Wight.  You'll get to enjoy a career one of the biggest Foodservice companies in the world - Medina Foodservice (Part of Sysco GB).  We are proud to be one of the fastest growing wholesalers and we are looking for people like you to join our growing Warehouse team at our Newport Isle of Wight branch. Our team offer the best in customer service & deliver to some of the best known hotels/pubs & restaurants.

On our Nights Store team you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of these ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.

As well as an eye for detail, you’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg and have your own transport to get here. In return, you’ll enjoy job stability and benefits such as:
