The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operative's to join a well-established Logistics company in Leamington Spa.
We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.
Full training is provided - candidates must be able to speak / understand English.
Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.
Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Fixed AM shift
- 08:00 - 17.00
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed mid shift
- 11:00-20:00
- Sunday to Thursday
- Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
- Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.
Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:
- 11.50 per hour AM
- 12.12 per hour Mid Shift
- Overtime paid after 40 hours - time & a half rate.
Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Leamington Spa:
- Order picking and packing a variety of goods using an RF Scanner.
- Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
- Stock checking and stock put away.
- Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.
