Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Your Role : As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager and/or the Supply Chain & Planning Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient stock control and material flows within their warehouse operations. Your leadership skills will directly impact internal and external relationships, operational efficiency, and overall business success. Managing the warehouse team effectively and collaborating with other departments.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in a fast-paced, warehouse environment at a similar level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in warehouse operations and stock control
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Able to tackle potential challenges operatives may throw your way
