CWM has supported over 110 talented young people who at the time, were struggling to find an opportunity in wealth management to build a career. Since then, CWM has grown into an established Principal Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management (SJP) operating in the top 1% of the FTSE 100 business. CWM are consistently SJP's largest and most successful practice, currently managing over £1bn Funds Under Management.

Operating in the City of London, CWM has further expansion plans and is looking for financial advisers to join and to provide holistic financial planning advice to private and corporate clients based across the UK. The business is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join us in building quality, long-term relationships with clients.

The Opportunity

Job Title: Associate Partner

Location: London – City

Minimum Requirements: Working towards a Level 4 Qualification in Financial Advice, or relevant professional experience

Earnings : Self-employed opportunity with the opportunity to build real value within a FTSE 100 business. Potential for earning £100k+ within 2 years, with the opportunity for further financial progression.

You will receive all the support and training required to build your own business, network and client bank. This includes help with lead generation and the sales and marketing help you need.

CWM will support you to ensure that client cases are processed efficiently and effectively. This will enable you to focus your time on face-to-face activity with clients, without being burdened with excessive administration.
