Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standards.

Salary: £110,000 - £160,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) {uncapped higher earning proven/achievable} – With up to a £50,000 Commitment Basic Provided

Mandatory Skills 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency:
Have a successful track record in business development
Comprehensive hands-on experience with a digital background
Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience
Be keen and passionate about the digital industry
Be comfortable dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level
Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast-moving sales technology
Good understanding of web design & development
Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
Keen to learn new technologies and techniques
Enthusiastic and polite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties include but are not limited to -
Work on CRM along with building productive business professional relationships
Deliver key revenue and expansion of our business unit
Lead management, seeking, qualifying, and responding to leads
CRM, tracking wins and obtain client feedback
Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral
Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace, and their competitors to help shape the business strategy
Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer, and provide the right solution and feedback
Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network
Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear, and accurate, enhancing brand identity
