Salary: Up to £21.50 per hour

of our esteemed Client's team for weekend night shifts.

care for chronic and acute medical needs, including short-term,

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to
residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are
met.
- Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor
residents' conditions and report any changes to the clinical team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop
and implement care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean
environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and
colleagues.
- Participate in training and development
opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Qualification as a
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse
(RMN).
- Valid NMC UK Pin or pending.
- Previous
experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent
clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention
to detail and a caring and compassionate nature.
- Flexibility to work weekend night shifts.
