We have an exciting opportunity Welder Fabricator to join a leading precision sheet metal fabrication organisation.

The Welder Fabricator role involves joining metal parts by following sketches and specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting equipment and structures

Days/Hours of Work

Rotating shift pattern:

Week 1 – 06:00am – 14:00pm

Week 2 – 14:00pm – 22:00pm

Rates of Pay

£13.23 - £15.00 Per Hour Depending upon Experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• TIG & MIG Welding of precision sheet metal components
• Fabricating sheet metal using hand tools
• Working on thing gauge metals
• Working to engineering drawings
• Finishing, fettling , and grinding own work.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of specific welding processes, such as TIG, MIG and ARC
• Skilled in sheet metal fabrication
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Basic math's skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read drawings and recognise welding symbols and specifications
• Knowledge of industry safety practices
