Welder / Pipefitter / Steel Erector / Telehandler op. / Slinger / Mate

Full Job Description

Plumbsa Engineering are currently looking for Pipefitters/Welders/Steel Erectors/Telehandler op./Slinger and mates to start on Deeside, Flintshire.

Start Date: Immediate

You will be a part of a big industrial project, various materials and pipes with range up to 40”.

Welders: 

HDG universal columns and rectangular hollow section support welding on embedded plates. (MMA welding) Rate: £21  per hour

Stainless-steel pipe welding on high level and pre-fabrication on the floor. (TIG welding) Rate: £23  per hour

Steel erectors:

Installation of UC and RHS supports. Rate: £21  per hour

Pipefitters:

Installation of stainless-steel pipe on high level and pre-fabrication on the floor such as measure and mark pipes for cutting, preparation of bevelling on pipe spool, assembling pipe components and systems. Preferably, candidates should be comfortable tacking their own pipework in TIG welding. Rate: £21  per hour

Slinger: 

Previous experience is essential and, Slinger CPCS Blue is required. Rate: £20

Pipe/Steel Fitter Mate:

Minimum requirement of basic hand tool usage. Rate: £16  per hour

Candidate Requirements:

• Industrial experience.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Valid IPAF (preferable)
• Valid CSCS in relation with job title.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Saturday works subject to site availability.

Applicants must possess a valid skilled CSCS Card, minimum PPE and a good set of basic hand tools.
