Full Job Description

Salary: £36,524 - £41,463 per annum

Grade E

12 month Fixed Term Contract

37 hours per week /Secondment Opportunity 

The post will be working within the Private Housing and Well Homes Team, to provide personalised support to residents, that includes case work, employment advice, access to health and education, guidance on housing options, and property inspections in the private sector. 

The Well Homes Team works alongside the Private Housing Team to provide resettlement support to refugees who have made Thurrock their home.

Duties include but are not confined to:

• Working under the Homes for Ukraine and ARAP Scheme
• Housing Health and Safety Rating System property inspections
• Knowledge of Benefits, Health and Education systems
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working in partnership with the voluntary sector to help integrate and settle residents into their new homes and communities.
