A global Fortune 500 FS firm as a Windows 11 Technical Analyst and become the cornerstone of our operating system's upgrade and optimization. Your technical expertise will support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Windows 11, ensuring peak performance across our computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Requirements Analysis: Work alongside IT and business stakeholders to define and understand the technical requirements for Windows 11 adoption and deployment.
• Implementation Planning: Spearhead the development of robust implementation plans, including the establishment of timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Deployment and Configuration: Lead the execution of Windows 11 deployment tasks, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, and customization.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide critical support for Windows 11-related issues and collaborate with IT support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Security Compliance: Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure all deployments meet rigorous security standards and implement robust security measures.
• Patch Management: Oversee the application of patches and updates, fortifying Windows 11 systems against vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Craft comprehensive technical documentation to guide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions to IT staff and end-users, enhancing their understanding of Windows 11 features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in technical roles, such as system administration or technical support.
• Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, with a particular emphasis on Windows 11.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in security protocols and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

• A solid background in technical roles involving Windows operating systems, with a preference for those skilled in Windows 11 deployment tools and processes.
