Full Job Description

My client, a leading global macro hedge fund, is seeking an experienced Windows Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in London.

This individual will be responsible for designing and deploying a Windows-based infrastructure to support the trading and respective desks. In addition, the successful candidate will be optimizing system performance through performance tuning and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining Windows-based infrastructure in a production environment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting/coding and automation tools for Windows administration.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
