Full Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

·       Leading a team of highly skilled specialists to successfully tender, contract and execute the WTG supply contract until handover to O&M 

·       Report, plan and control work package budget including continuous risk monitoring

·   Manage the work package timeline in accordance with the overall project time line

·       Coordinate work package internal and external interfaces (e.g. consenting, procurement)

·     Provide and ensure consideration of work package relevant requirements within the project

·       Ensure consideration of health and safety guidelines at all phases of the project

 

You will be in contact with the other work packages as well as specialists and project teams on selected technical topics and participate in "troubleshooting" if necessary.

Your Profile:

At least 5 years track record in responsible project management positions for large infrastructure or energy projects, ideally with specific experience on delivery of WTG packages for offshore wind farm projects 

Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical Engineering or closely related; additional qualifications such as PMP or NEBOSH welcome

Sound technical knowledge of large electrical / mechanical systems

Strong team player with demonstrable team leadership and management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of different backgrounds and cultures

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and the ability to work independent and from various locations

A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel frequently.
